Hi, I'm Pam!

I'm an empathetic, creative and curious coach with a passion for supporting others.

Someone who will hold you to account with kindness.

Why inquisicoach? I have always had an enquiring mind, and an appetite for learning and

adventureAs a coach with a broad range of interests, skills and experience, I don’t have a coaching

niche. As a client-centred coach, I see the coach-client relationship as the most important factor

when choosing a coach, and I focus on offering a safe space for curiosity, creativity and reflection

whatever the context. Through coaching I empower others to achieve goals, improve wellbeing,

overcome obstacles and to thrive.

Coming from a military background, my previous experience is in L&D, Leadership and

Management with focuses on personal and professional development and change including career,

work and life transitions. In 2018 an opportunity arose to become a volunteer mentor for a charity supporting vulnerable young people. This was the catalyst for me to transition from military life and pursue my lifelong passion for empowering and supporting others.

As a coach, my passions include:

Leadership Development
Supporting women working in male dominated sectors
Working with Young People
Working with the Not for Profit sector
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Common areas of focus include: building self-confidence, achieving life balance, dealing with change, careers, personal and professional development, education and learning, relationships, procrastination, making positive lifestyle changes, stress management and building resilience.

My wider portfolio career compliments my work as a coach. As an L&D Consultant, Post-Graduate Tutor, Mentor, Swim Teacher and Ski Instructor, I combine my unique skillset and experience to enable Personal, Team and/or Organisational Development. I love travel, sports, the outdoors, exploration and the arts. I have been volunteering in the charity sector for the last 8 years.

How am I different to other coaches?

Clients have described me as being:

I trained as a coach with Barefoot Coaching, and subsequently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching. I am Mental Health First Aid certified, conduct annual safeguarding training, and am DBS checked. With my healthy appetite for learning, I am always on the lookout for opportunities to continue to build my skills and experience. I have specific interests in neurodiversity, nature and the outdoors and mental health. Accreditation with the ICF ensures that my coaching complies with the highest professional and ethical standards.

For me, coaching is a passion and a privilege. My approach is centred around creating a safe environment in which curiosity and creativity can flourish, enabling clients to reflect, grow and live life to the full.
