As a client-centred coach, I see the coach-client relationship as the most important factor when choosing a coach, and I focus on offering a safe space for curiosity, creativity and reflection whatever the context. Through coaching I empower others to achieve goals, improve wellbeing, overcome obstacles and to thrive. 

 

​​​​​​​​I offer 1-1  and Group Coaching sessions which provide you with time, and a safe space to think and explore. Each structured session has sufficient flexibility to accommodate anything that comes up, and how each client prefers to work. 

 

Every session is unique, and I like to provide options so you can decide which approach(es) suit you best. ​​Where appropriate, some of the tools I use include, but are not limited to: visual aids, metaphor, drawing and movement. â€‹Sessions are offered remotely online, and where clients are local I can provide in person sessions in an indoor or outdoor setting.
